Mid Year Reflection 2022 - Gratitude




It’s now mid-year and I think it’s a good point and positive exercise to pick up, highlight and share a few things that I am grateful for this year:


  • What I have overcome and have achieved despite adversity – qualifying as a solicitor

  • My family

  • Being free to do what I want

  • Continuing my wellbeing/healing journey and developing my Mind Zen Luxury Wellbeing business on this mindfulness website and Instagram

  • A better mindset and calmer mind

  • Investing in my self-development and becoming more resilient


What are you grateful for this year so far? List a few things in your journal/diary now and then repeat the exercise at the end of the year.
