It’s now mid-year and I think it’s a good point and positive exercise to pick up, highlight and share a few things that I am grateful for this year:
What I have overcome and have achieved despite adversity – qualifying as a solicitor
Being free to do what I want
Continuing my wellbeing/healing journey and developing my Mind Zen Luxury Wellbeing business on this mindfulness website and Instagram
A better mindset and calmer mind
Investing in my self-development and becoming more resilient
